My meta ads clients and I are about to eat šŸ½ļø I have cracked how to mass produce professionally filmed ads at scalešŸŽ¬ Between the modeling agency I work with, my editor and my AI production stack We are about to blow the competition out of the water 😈 I have been charging under $1000/mo for working with me on meta ads Starting October 1 that is changing and I will be charging $1000/mo minimum If you want to sign up before October 1 for under $1000/mo link in bio
If you run a home service company + run fb ads, biggest lever is professionally edited and filmed ads. The 3k for the videographer + day of filming pales in comparison to the CPL... In our case, CPA It's only 8:35AM, all 3 booked this morning right off of facebook thanks to @routemize

If you own an SMB with recurring revenue potential, set up an automation that asks your clients how you did? If its a positive response, go for the recurring revenue, not the review (if you can only chose one). You can get the review easily once they're recurring. Some sauce for yall...

For recurring residential revenue it’s even better šŸ’Æ
Hey if you really wanna capture Airbnb jobs as a cleaning company Run some meta ads around it. I’m sure you’ll see some real uptick with the right messaging. This is why Meta is KING šŸ‘‘

First recruiter got lost in the sauce in the recent hurricane Havnt heard from her (hope she’s okay) Just finished training her replacement. She starts hiring Monday. Training a new VA to replace another one that’s holding us back :/ Starts next Wednesday Made serious breakthrough with content to use for myself and my clients businesses this week though Upward and onward

When you sell big deals at a W2 you will have to cross collaborate within your departments to get your client better and faster results But I swear every time I need someone internally to move my deal forward they’re on vacation…. This is why I like working with startups better

Guys who are trying to get to 83.3k/month still doing it themselves are like Brock Purdy operating without Kittle, Evans and CMC + that defense. You're still good but you dont have the weapons to win the super bowl. Get a VA

One of the hardest things to do is letting go of the VA that has grown on you but is holding your business back

This is really good marketing advice in general, not just Meta Depending on what market you're playing in, it really doesn't even make sense to do any sort of paid marketing until you hit that threshold. You could have the best Meta ads on earth. You could rank on Google, but if your competitors just have way more reviews than you do and trust propaganda spread out all over the internet, they are the ones that are going to get the calls over you.
Here’s some Meta Ads sauce for Cleaning Co owners 🧼 If you don’t have a Google Business Profile with a bit of reviews (over 25) Don’t run them. Your cost per lead will be high People are indeed looking you up after If they see no social proof you’re cooked If you do have over 50 reviews and are looking for someone to run them for you? Link in bio and we will get your recerring moat up šŸ˜Ž

They paid Learn from me Always keep a card on file even for Airbnbs Especially for Airbnbs unless you want to become an invoicing company too 🤔
New Airbnb client hasn’t paid us in 2 weeks We call and his workers say he’s busy and hasn’t approved anything… He’s not busier than me nor is his operation larger. I can assure you of that. Anyways if this small timer doesnt pay we are cancelling an hour before on his airbnb clea.
