After nearly 20 years, tomorrow is my last day at @GallowayNews and @DGStandard as I'm taking voluntary redundancy. I'm nervous but mainly excited to see what happens. I'm in no real rush to find something new, although if anyone hears of anything please let me know!

The number of penalties we have given away this season is ridiculous. At least five in just nine league games and there was at least one in the cup as well.

Didn't flood in the 11 years I worked here - not even during some of the worst flooding Dumfries has seen. Hasn't flooded since we moved out due to Covid. There is also a flood defence scheme being built using the green space in that photo! SEPA must have nothing better to do.
