As of June 30 I am stepping aside to pursue my role as Chancellor @CUEdmonton. I believe @AlbertaParty made incredible gains during the election, capturing more than 9% of the popular vote. I will assist the party as it builds towards the next election. Thank you. #ableg

Devastating tragedies #SriLanka on this holy day #eastersunday Sympathies for the families. We must stand together in face of senseless terror no matter your faith or who you pray to.

ICYMI: here’s my conversation with @ryanjespersen this morning. We talked politics, the nastiness, and how it affects how people vote. Have a listen. Tomorrow is Election Day please vote. #abvote #ableg #chooseyouralberta #FiercelyAlbertan globalnews.ca/edmonton/progr…

ICYMI: I spoke at a candidate forum in Edmonton-McClung this week. My family has lived here for 40 yrs & I have been honoured to represent this area as city councillor and as mayor in the past. I want the privilege to do it again in the legislature. #FiercelyAlbertan #abvote #yeg

On the air now with @ryanjespersen @630CHED talking about the nastiness of this election. It’s the worst I’ve seen. People tell me at the doors it’s despicable. We need more civility. #AbVote #ableg #FiercelyAlbertan

Looking forward to it. It's an exciting time as we approach the final days of the election. #ChooseYourAlberta #abvote – at Edmonton, Alberta
