Robert Garcia told Stephen Miller to "Lawyer Up"
But given two chances to do so, he can't say if he believes Miller committed a crime, much less what crime that might be.

Okay… I was a cop for 20 years in the NYPD. I retired as a lieutenant. Here’s my take:
The islamification of the NYPD didn’t start with Mamdani, as much as I want to blame him. It started with de Blasio.
He’s the one who wanted literal boatloads of recruits from all the “-istan” countries. They came in as traffic agents and had pathways to becoming cops. We all saw it coming. There’s a Muslim officers fraternal club and Pakistani officers fraternal club that helps with the transitions.
As for the summons, it’s a bs summons (jaywalking) that I’d be ashamed to write. However, the cops’ actions towards the woman and her dog are overreach. Grabbing her and grabbing the dog leash isn’t NYPD SOP. Police work isn’t supposed to be personal, but they both made it so.
Guys with time and experience like myself are leaving the job. Good candidates are going to other departments. NYC used to be a great place to be a cop, but Democrat Socialists decided that criminals are better than cops. This is what’s left.
Elections have consequences.
Two Muslim cops in New York stopped a nurse for no apparent reason other than that she was walking her dog.
They cornered her and threatened to seize her dog. When confronted, they got angry and couldn’t say what law she had broken.
This is what happens when you give these people power. All I can say is that she was lucky there were passersby, because it was 3 AM and things could’ve ended much worse.

🚨 NOW: Trump advisor Alex Bruesewitz says some Republican Senators DROPPED THE BALL by FAILING to surge common sense President Trump priorities like the SAVE America Act, or took their seat for GRANTED
"A lot of the incumbent senators that came up short took their seats for GRANTED! Didn't work hard! Weren't compelling on the stump. Weren't aggressive in getting his AGENDA through. Weren't really there for us getting the SAVE America Act through!"
"In America, you're NOT entitled to these seats. You have to work for them and EARN them. The president did more campaigning for a lot of these candidates than they did for themselves!"
"There's only so much that the president could have done for these people. Some of these people just didn't know how to help themselves...in 2028 we're definitely going to need to have a roster of energetic inspiring candidates."
@alexbruesewitz is certainly right that we need high energy in 2028.
We need to make this a victory as big as or BIGGER than 2024, or the Dems will take the presidency, rip apart Donald Trump's secure border and tax cuts, and set us back.
Taking back the Senate means sweeping the battlegrounds and MORE in 2028. THE COMEBACK MUST START NOW!

🚨 BREAKING: Rep. Tim Burchett announces US SENATE candidacy for Tennessee
He's praying that Governor-elect Marsha Blackburn appoints him. If not, he'd run in 2 years 🔥
THIS IS AMAZING NEWS!
"It's totally up to her. I've prayed about it. I'd ABSOLUTELY take on that role. And if not, I would absolutely run for it in two years." 👏🏻
"I'm double digits above any of them [other floated names] in polling. I raised a million dollars last quarter...and I've got a statewide network. I think I could win statewide."
Blackburn gets to choose her own replacement once she's sworn in as Governor
I fully support @timburchett, he'd be a force to be reckoned with in the Senate, IMMEDIATELY become top 5 nationwide, and knows his state well.
This would be the right call, Governor-elect Blackburn!

This is emblematic of what not enough people understand.
This is a map of NGO-coordinated and staffed "Environmental Justice" programs -- just in the State of Washington.
These are all operated by extreme progressive/socialist organizations, coordinated by NGOs that are staffed with money from huge left-wing philanthropic organizations like Tides and Ford Foundation.
This is the kind of organization -- with USAID being cut-off from its work -- that was dedicated to get-out-the-vote in 2026 when the NGO staffs were shifted to that effort.
Replying to @jhnyp1
Very hard to fake the data I saw, unlike 2020. 2020 was blatant Democratic mail-in ballot harvesting. This one had consistent patterns which gradually decayed day-over-day, among consistent demographics. Most voter files don't even track demographics; I had to derive that from geocoding and cross-referencing with Census tract data.
NGOs are swimming in enormous amounts of money and manpower which us on the right can't comprehend.
🚨DELAY TUESDAY’S SENATE GOP LEADERSHIP VOTE!
JOHN THUNE MUST NEVER BE IN A LEADERSHIP … more scheming with his buddy CHUCK SCHUMER.
John Thune is pushing ahead with Tuesday’s leadership election while NO ONE is running against him!
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Senators Ron Johnson, Rick Scott and John Kennedy are pushing to postpone the vote. They are RIGHT! MAKE NOISE, friends!!
We need time to find another candidate, not hand Thune another leadership position by default!
HEAR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!
NEVER THUNE!
NOT IN ANY LEADERSHIP ROLE!

One time, the entire NC11 Executive Committee was in a closed door session with Madison Cawthorn discussing strategy.
As the discussions were happening, they were being broadcast LIVE on Twitter by DALLAS WOODHOUSE.
Michael Whatley said he had a press engagement that evening. Never could find it but, I bet if we used GPS coordinates on his phone, he was sitting next to Dallas as those tweets were being broadcasted.
People within the NCGOP sabotaged Madison. And all of them deserve to be punished for it.

Winston-Salem is a Democratic, crime-ridden city and it just proved it again. Two shootings at WSSU during homecoming — 1 dead, 3 wounded. Campus locked down. No arrests.
This is the same city that just elected Amara Hunter as DA. O’Neill said she had to be pulled off a first-degree murder trial (toddler victim) mid-case because she couldn’t qualify an expert. She quit the DA’s office after that and went public defender. Winston-Salem handed her the keys anyway.
Don’t act shocked when the lawlessness escalates!

No election can be honestly or legally certified if the following aren't known:
1. How many qualified voters are on the rolls.
2. How many qualified voters voted.
3. Who, among qualified voters, voted.
The voter rolls in most states cannot answer those questions.
On that basis, no election can be honestly or legally certified. "Certification" is an attestation that the vote count is both legitimate and accurate.
I wrote a peer reviewed article on this subject, published in the Journal of Information Warfare (link in comments). Read it and see for yourself why the midterms can't be legally certified, and why many past elections shouldn't have been certified.
When states refused @HarmeetKDhillon 's request for their rolls, the DOJ should have immediately seized them. No lawsuits, no court involvement, just a reaction to what amounts to a national emergency: elections cannot be certified when the rolls are compromised.
