I am honored to be endorsed for City Attorney by former three-term Seattle Mayor Charley Royer. Under his leadership, Seattle became known as one of the best managed cities in the US. I enjoy listening to him talk of what Seattle is facing now and what Seattle needs.

Scary moments this afternoon when a man jumped the fence into the KIRO parking garage then broke several windows to gain access into our building. He broke another door window before @SeattlePD came and arrested him. Nobody was injured but shaken up. bit.ly/2CktPVI

It's interesting to compare the outcry over Amazon spending in Seattle City Council races to the relative crickets about Amazon spending to defeat #i976. It gives the appearance that Seattle progressives don't care about corporate spending - as long as it supports their efforts.
Corporate donations have become a flashpoint in Seattle City Council races. But businesses have also shelled out almost $3 million trying to defeat I-976, Tim Eyman's latest car-tab initiative. crosscut.com/2019/11/amazon-… #waleg #waelex

Thank you @SeattleFire crew. Glad you are coming home safe 🤗🚒🚨
This hard-working wildland crew is on their way home from California. The Kincade Fire where the King County Strike Team spent time working is reported to be 80% contained. Thank you for helping California residents and responders during this devastating time. #WAthinkingofCA

Only 18.9% turnout in King County so far. I still have faith, but yikes.
Debate in the #Q13FOX newsroom about voter turnout. My colleagues think I'm being overly optimistic: Seattle: 50%+ Statewide: 40%+

I have to say, talking to Mr. Williams was quite emotional. He did everything the system asked of him and because of that, he lost his apartment. @dorothy_edwards did such an amazing job capturing him it takes my breath away. crosscut.com/2019/09/some-di…
