Great job @McDonalds, my wife picked up an order from #HaywardWi location last night. Drove an hr home, to find 10 pc missing . Called location, can’t refund online has 2b cash refund. They make the mistake and we’re expected to drv 2 hrs to get the tenders or a refund?
Seriously? If you are going to take online orders, fix your systems to give online refunds. Not wasting 2 hours of our time or wasting the fuel at $4.29 a gallon. Your customer service needs more CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
