APHCC 2026 Anatomic Pathology & Histo-Cytotechniques Conference Call for Poster Abstracts 9–10 December 2026 InterContinental Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Submission Deadline: 17 Nov 2026 23:59 — Saudi Arabia Time The Scientific Committee invites researchers, healthcare professionals, laboratory specialists, and students to submit abstracts for consideration for poster presentation at APHCC 2026. Submissions should address anatomic pathology, diagnostic cytopathology, histotechnology, cytotechnology, or related diagnostic and laboratory practices within the tracks listed in the submission form. Submission Guidelines: Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission portal by the stated deadline. Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed 350 words, excluding the title, author details, affiliations, and keywords. Please structure your abstract under the following headings: Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Select the scientific track that best matches your work. The abstract’s content must be directly relevant to the selected track and the scope of the conference. Include all authors in the correct order, provide their institutional affiliations, and identify the presenting author. All authors must approve the submission. Review the abstract carefully for scientific accuracy, spelling, and grammar before submission. Complete the applicable ethics, funding, and conflict-of-interest declarations. Abstracts will undergo preliminary review, and authors will be notified of the outcome by email. A submission confirmation email acknowledges receipt only. Authors whose abstracts are provisionally accepted will receive the approved poster template, preparation instructions, and upload deadline. Posters will undergo a separate review before final approval for presentation, with revisions requested where necessary. Only the abstract is required at this stage. The poster will be requested following provisional acceptance.
