Same contract. Same minute. $8.55M. π
$META's 02/19/27 $780 call was bought 3 separate times at 7:13 AM this morning β all within the same 60 seconds β for 5,278 contracts combined and $8.55M in premium, consistently about 23% out of the money. That's the second-largest single-contract premium total we've tracked, behind only a $9.43M put from two weeks ago, and the tightest time clustering we've seen for this kind of repeat-buy pattern. Elsewhere on the board, a $650 call drew a bigger-looking $4.79M print, but that strike sat almost exactly at spot β an at-the-money add rather than the same kind of directional conviction. On the WaveX chart, calls built to $79.38M against $9.92M in puts, with Aggregate Premium reaching $69.46M as spot swung from a morning low near $630 up to $648 and back down to $639.

@STAXAIAPP FlowScanner Refresh β 10/12/2026
Top of the board:
$QQQ leads at $29.78M total ($4.12M calls / $25.66M puts β puts dominate roughly 6:1), most common contract the 10/12/26 $747 put, bought 3 times.
$SPY second at $14.06M ($4.72M calls / $9.34M puts), MCC the 10/16/26 $778 call, bought 3 times.
$META third at $12.61M ($5.61M calls / $7M puts), MCC the 10/16/26 $740 put β bought 11 times, the highest repeat count on today's board by a wide margin.
$AMD fourth at $9.96M, almost entirely calls ($9.35M calls / $613.3K puts), MCC the 10/12/26 $600 put (bought once) β a case where the ticker's overall color is green (call-heavy) while its single most-repeated contract is a put, the "usual" mismatch type. $NBIS shows the same usual-type pattern lower on the board (green overall, 10/16/26 $200 put as MCC).
The headline finding: eight tickers show the rarer "reversed" mismatch type today (red/put-heavy overall, but a call as the most-repeated contract) β $SPY, $MU, $NVDA, $DRAM, $INTC, $SCHW, $TSLA, and $TLT. That's the largest reversed-mismatch cluster tracked in this series so far, well above the prior high of five tickers (10/1/2026) and the four-ticker cluster from 10/8. $DRAM and $SCHW are first-time appearances in this pattern; $SPY, $MU, $NVDA, $INTC, and $TSLA have each shown it before on other dates; $TLT shows it again after breaking its streak on 10/9 (today's MCC is a different contract β the 12/18/26 $78 call, vs. its prior 10/9 contract).
$SCHW's mismatch is the narrowest of the eight β $660K calls vs. $690K puts, a $30K gap β similar in margin to the near-miss flagged on $SPCX back on 10/8, so it's worth double-checking the live board before publishing in case of a late print shifting the balance.

@STAXAIAPP $SNAP The 12/18/26 $8 call was bought 5 separate times between 06:38 and 06:43 AM, with both the fill price and the stock's own spot price climbing together across the sequence β 8,799 contracts combined, $283K in premium, consistently 24β26% out of the money.

@STAXAIAPP dashboard:
$NBIS Options + WaveX Deep-Dive β 10/6/2026 (the 10/16/26 $270 call bought 7 times since 10/2 β through a dip and into a rally, never sold once)
Most aggressive contract / flow signal:
The clearest conviction play on the board is the 10/16/26 $270 call β bought in 7 separate prints across 10/2, 10/5, and 10/6, and never sold once in the visible rows.
Combined across those seven buys: 4,003 contracts, $1.64M in total premium β 281 @ $6.55 ($184.06K) on 10/2; 1,000 @ $2.40 ($240K) and 1,000 @ $2.40 ($240K) on 10/5; then on 10/6 alone, four more buys: 497 @ $4.65 ($231.11K), 344 @ $5.70 ($196.08K), 381 @ $5.45 ($207.65K), and 500 @ $6.80 ($340K).
Expected move on this strike: roughly 9% OTM on 10/2 (spot $247.71), widening to about 15% OTM on 10/5 as spot dipped to $234.78, then compressing back to roughly 6β9% OTM through 10/6 as spot recovered toward $253.
The signal: this position wasn't abandoned when spot dipped on 10/5 β more contracts were added at the cheaper, more-OTM price β and buying continued once spot recovered too, with four more prints stacking through the morning of 10/6 at steadily higher cost. Conviction held through both the pullback and the move back up.
No single print crossed the $3M mark; the largest individual block today was a different, already-in-the-money contract β 469 contracts of the 10/16/26 $250 call for $670.67K.
WaveX β 12:59 PM snapshot:
Aggregate Premium $29.18M, Calls $22.17M, Puts β$7.01M. Calls β Puts = 22.17 β (β7.01) = 29.18 β an exact match.
The Calls line tracks the shape of spot price closely through the session β both climb through the morning, both dip briefly mid-morning, both pull back into early afternoon β consistent with the call-heavy positioning moving the same direction as the stock itself today.

@STAXAIAPP Dashboard $AMD
$AMD Options + WaveX Deep-Dive β 10/6/2026 refresh (the 10/09/26 $670 call bought 3 times this morning, no sells, added into a rally and held through a flat midday)
Most aggressive contract / flow signal:
The clearest repeat-buy conviction play today is the 10/09/26 $670 call β bought in 3 separate prints this morning, never sold: 415 contracts @ $5.00 ($207.5K) at 06:31 AM, 294 contracts @ $6.45 ($189.63K) at 09:27 AM, and 346 contracts @ $5.50 ($190.3K) at 12:10 PM. Combined: 1,055 contracts, $587.43K in total premium.
Expected move on this strike stayed tight each time it was bought: roughly 3.3% OTM at 06:31 AM (spot $648.54), compressing to 2.1% OTM at 09:27 AM as spot climbed to $656.05, then 2.3% OTM at 12:10 PM as spot eased slightly to $655.15.
The signal: this strike was added into the morning rally (spot $648.54 β $656.05) and the buying held through the small midday pullback that followed rather than stopping β all three prints stayed on the buy side, no sells on this contract anywhere in the visible rows.
Separately, the single largest premium figure in view is still the $40.7M 11/20/26 $620 call bought 10/5 at 09:39 AM (7,580 contracts @ $53.70) β well over the $3M mark, but that strike was already slightly in-the-money at execution (spot $631.06 vs. strike $620), so it doesn't fit the "risky OTM position" framing even though it's the biggest number on the board. No OTM print in this view crossed $3M on its own.
One hedge-flavored print stands out for contrast: a far-dated 01/21/28 $470 put, bought 350 contracts for $1.79M at 08:59 AM β about 28% OTM, read as longer-term downside protection rather than a short-term directional bet.
WaveX β 12:59 PM snapshot:
Aggregate Premium $32.75M, Calls $8.52M, Puts β$24.23M. Calls β Puts = 8.52 β (β24.23) = 32.75 β an exact match.
Spot and the Calls line rose together through the first two hours to a late-morning peak, then both pulled back together into midday β consistent with the call-heavy positioning moving in the same direction as the stock through the session.
