✅ 8,589 records screened, 131 studies included
✅ JAK inhibitors showed efficacy after ≥2 prior bDMARD failures
⚠️ Safety needs careful risk stratification, especially infection, malignancy and CV risk.
❌ Evidence for non-pharmacological strategies remains very limited.
