Class is now in session as Joe Lombardi and Hanna Greer-Brown sit down with SWACO's School Programs Administrator, Danna Lotz, to learn more about how SWACO is helping bridge education and sustainability. SWACO is presenting Franklin County schools with free resources such as landfill tours with bus reimbursement, classroom recycling containers through the School Recycling Champions Program, curriculum-aligned lesson plans, and technical support for more complicated waste diversion projects. They are also rolling out a new program called the SWACO Schools Green Team to create a collaborative network where educators can exchange ideas and find support for their sustainability efforts. These resources will help Franklin County schools ring the bell for sustainability. 🔗 buzzsprout.com/2403602/episo… #SWACO
