**This Wednesday** When we feel disconnected, it isn't always due to something coming from the inside. Sometimes there are conditions in our lives that we can create strategies around. Let's find some together.

Our SMART Recovery meeting is on today from 3pm-4.30pm. Making changes around drugs and alcohol can be tricky to do on your own. So, we run a SMART Recovery meeting each month for SWers, run by peers.

Even the crew at SWOP HQ need to sit down, share ideas and collaborate across the table once in a while. Which is why we're closed every second Wednesday from 10am-2pm. You can still reach us via email or phone, or pop in later in the day.

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up in December. If you’d like to vote at it, or nominate to be part of the SWOP NSW Governance Committee, make sure you get your membership application in ASAP. Membership approval takes at least one month.
