So last night we threw a little party.... 🦇🐦⬛🎈
It was *so* much fun and I loved meeting so many fantastic booksellers who were big fans of @BloomsburyRaven and our fabulous authors who, it turns out, don't just write good books but talk about them brilliantly.
A fabulous evening had by all at last night's Raven Books Spring Showcase, featuring some of our brilliant authors publishing in 2025 - @stu_turton, @holly_watt, @RWStrachan1977, @nixawhy and Rosie Andrews!

And after looking into it, I think they’re a genius and 100% correct.

Happy publication day to @foxtosser! The Most Interesting Book of the World is out today. Learn how a cat can technically be both a liquid & a solid; just how many pairs of soiled underpants were buried with Tutankhamun's body; & why the Dutch once ate their Prime Minister.

Practically doing backflips around the office after the legendary Michelle Paver, author of two of the most terrifying ghost stories ever written, has given me an amazing endorsement for @RWStrachan1977's forthcoming horror novel, The Unrecovered.
So proud of @MollyONeill21 and her glorious debut. Also 👀! This most stunning cover from Leo Nickolls and @orbitbooks - I love it.
Cover launch! GREENTEETH by @MollyONeill21 is a cozy tale of fae, folklore, and found family, narrated by a charismatic lake-dwelling monster with a voice unlike any other, available in February 2025.

The Unrecovered is a deeply felt portrayal of the suffering of war and repentance set against the backdrop of a brooding landscape and an ancient legend. The gorgeous writing aches with emotion, mystery and suspense. Thank you @Alison_Edits for the proof.

Mark your calendars forFebruary - The Unrecovered by @RWStrachan1977 is an astonishing debut. A multilayered and gripping exploration of grief, trauma and atonement taking in Robert Browning, the Crusades, Peter Pan, colonialism, and spooky hounds: complex, compelling and eerie!
