I made a crude estimate of costs due to the PSPS that @PGE4Me has said it may conduct this week using the @lbnl Interruption Cost Estimator (icecalculator.com). A PSPS for a representative 600k accounts that lasted just 24hrs would cause $1.8 billion in costs.
