I think #SharonHorgan is brilliant as a comedic actor, writer, and director. Just finished watching #Youth and the editing, story, and script are great. It reminded me of Phoebe Waller Bridge's #fleabag. Why can't we have more shows like these?

I recently went on a ride-along with SFPD through SoMa, the Tenderloin, Nob Hill, Hayes Valley, and the Mission to see the overnight street conditions. There were bright spots, including 24th and Mission, but it’s clear that fentanyl remains a crisis in our city.
I’ve asked SFPD, Muni, SFFD, the Sheriff’s Office, Rec and Park, and our major city departments to prioritize addressing these overnight conditions.
We will stay focused on delivering the basics for San Franciscans and keeping our streets safe and welcoming for everyone who uses them.
Thank you to SFPD for making the ride-along possible and to the officers working every day to keep our city safe.
Watching the #Reacher spin-off Neagley (which paints the villain as a major pharma company manufacturing anti-depressants and experimenting on innocent kids) - and then during the ad break I get a bunch of actual pharma companies promoting anti-depressants...something is off.
Ted Lasso Season 4 is synonymous with Friday Night Lights Season 4. Not because of characters or the new direction, but simply because everything is forced.
Beautifully accurate, which is a sad reality.
The impending demise sounds similar to a Beautful Mind, minus Jennfier Connelly which would be an idle comfort.
Sometimes I feel like "Leaving Las Vegas," is my reality....but I honestly wouldn't mind having pool convos with Elisabeth Shue's character.

Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to pass the torch and demote myself to my natural state: a poster. I'll be stepping back from leading product for 𝕏 and will continue on as an advisor.
Serving the X community has been the privilege of a lifetime. X is, and will remain, the most important communication technology in history. But running this app is a 24/7 job and it's now time for me to take a breather.
The app is seeing unprecedented growth in new users & engagement. We continue to break records every month. We've climbed 70 spots in the App Store since this time last year.
And in the last 400 days, we rebuilt almost every aspect of X: the Timeline, the Android app, onboarding, notifications, chat and more.
We also launched nearly 30 new products while protecting the integrity of the town square: becoming the first app to show Country-of-Origin on profiles and mounting defenses against AI bots. There's certainly much more work to be done, but our foundation is stronger than ever.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible team here. The next leaders will take X to even greater heights with @benjitaylor on design, @singhai on core product engineering and @dinkin_flickaa on mobile engineering -- among many other great people.

Everyone is trying to claim me for their tribe. There’s no R next to my name, there’s no D next to my name. I’m not part of a political party, because I hate politicians. I’m just Spencer, husband to Heidi, father to Ryker and Gunner, and I’m a pissed off Angeleno who loves my city and is fed up with what corrupt politicians have done to her.
Sometimes I wake up feeling like the character Saul Goodman. Not being good enough to meet the acceptance of some objective qualifier (investor, employer, colleague, etc.) while facing the competitors and factions who were good enough. Scrappiness is the only tool I have left.

At 1 a.m. last night, I joined SFPD for a ride-along and visited several police districts—Northern, Mission, and Tenderloin. I got a chance to see overnight street conditions firsthand, including Hayes Valley, 6th Street, and the Mission BART Plazas at 16th and 24th Streets. What I saw was clear: we still have more work to do. Addressing these conditions requires all of our city departments working together, through enforcement, street outreach, and street cleaning—so that every neighborhood gets the clean and safe streets it deserves.
While SFPD is short hundreds of officers, the midnight patrol is often the most challenging shift. I want to recognize the officers I met last night at Northern Police Station, and all of those doing the difficult work out in our neighborhoods every day.

Absolutely agree on suspending CA's gas taxes- there is a reason why Texans still have manageable price hikes while us in the bay area are dealing with massive pump shock!

California leaders say they care about working families. Let’s make them prove it with a temporary suspension of our gas taxes while gas prices remain so high.
