My work girlfriend asked what I was doing this weekend. I said, “Why?” She said, “Just making conversation.” So I told her I might have a date. The conversation immediately became an investigation. 😭😂 Who? Where? Since when? “Do I know her?” Ma’am, you said JUST CONVERSATION. Then she said, “Well, cancel it. We have plans.” WE DO??? 👀

My manager asked why I was smiling at my phone. I said, “Somebody’s distracting me.” She said, “Tell her you’re working.” Then MY phone lit up with a message from HER: “Focus.” 😭😂 Now how am I supposed to focus when management is contributing to the problem??? This fictional workplace series needs its own season. Which character should get the next episode: the manager, the neighbor, or the work girlfriend? 👀 W/ @lovelyklani
