Sharing her experience when her mother needed care, Nancy Nese Ozbek, General Manager at Sharaf Group Mall Division, says, “My sisters and I shared most of the responsibility. We managed without asking our employers for special treatment, but it was still difficult. For many women, this pressure can eventually lead to reducing work or leaving employment.”
