In our quest to build an inclusive ecosystem, a major thrust area has been to drive #DiversityandInclusion on the manufacturing shopfloor. Our efforts towards empowering women in the workforce have led to setting up 13 dedicated women-operated packaging-lines across our sites.
According to reports, women constitute merely ~ 11% of the Indian pharmaceutical industry. Our inclusion and #diversity focus aims to improve this ratio, right from #manufacturing and field levels to the top leadership.

Tenured YMPs re-counted stories of mentorship from managers, exposure of working across teams and geographies & most importantly an open-door environment that helped them get easy access to senior leaders.
