They are just trying to see how far they can go before news outlets like @NBCNews stop pretending they are actually protesting Critical Race Theory and instead are trying to force a white supremacist view of history. And obviously we haven't reached that point yet, unfortunately

Just since July the 6-3 Court has:
•Gutted the VRA
•Resurrected Trump's immigration policies
•Ended the eviction moratorium
•Ended Roe v. Wade in TX
Unless this report calls for serious change in the form of Court expansion–this Commission was a waste of 7 months.
