One more time for the people in the back, the Quebec government is on the cusp of giving the language police the power to seize CONFIDENTIAL MEDICAL RECORDS *without a warrant* for the crime of asking your doctor to explain your diagnosis to you in a language other than French.
ALT If a doctor violates the tenets of Bill 96, all it takes is an anonymous complaint to the Office québécois de la langue française for investigators to enter their office and start seizing records without a warrant, including confidential medical documents.
