It is important to take time not just today during #BellLetsTalk to discuss the importance of mental health, but every day. Reach out and listen. Also self-reflect on your own awareness and journey.
On #BellLetsTalk Day, join the conversation to help end the stigma around mental illness. Together, we can make a positive difference. #GCMentalHealth
To mark "I am a mentor day" I want to thank those who I mentor. It is very rewarding to be part of your growth and journey. I love observing the lights go on and connections being made as we have our conversations. I see you and I am so proud.

Two days spent at the CRA EX Forum listening and sharing ideas under the theme of "Coming off Mute." Many take aways & powerful stories to unpack & use in my work. Wrap up by the CO was helpful to see where we came from, where we have been and where we are going. #CRA_EXPLORE_ARC
Big crowds this morning at the War memorial cenotaph taking time to remember. Goosebumps when the 2 CF18s flew over.
Great evening full of great conversations. Let's just hope that it won't be another 18 months before it can be done again!
