Yep and panda escaped the 🤮 covering too phew!! He’s so well loved I’m not sure he can stand many washes in the washing machine

It came as dry powder in a set and then just add a little water and mix together. Not too sticky either :)

From my notebook: Batch 1: 2 kilo strawberries 1.2 kilo sugar Lemon juice 1.7 litres water? Gah now I’m not sure 1 teaspoon yeast Strained 13 May, still fizzing happily. 15 May Topped up to 4 litres (ish), very little activity, rebottled 27 June.
