I've decided to challenge myself: I've got 3 product ideas, and over the next 2-3 months, I'm going to build and market them, aiming to make at least $100 within 5 months.
I'll be sharing my whole journey as I build them. I'm not great at marketing, so I'll be building and marketing in public. I'll share what I learn about designing and building with AI, and other stuff too. I'll share everything I pick up.
Make sure to follow along and be the first to try out my products. I'm making some really cool stuff that'll help you optimize your workflow way better.
Finally this isn't an issue anymore. Claude has removed the 5-hour limit from their Ultra plan 🎉🎉
While the $100 max plan still has the weekly limit, at least they have fixed all the terminologies and the shaddy behavior that they were doing on the pricing page.
The whole “20x” in Claude’s pricing is so misleading.
The $100 plan says 5x Pro limits, while the $200 plan says 20x Pro limits. That makes it sound like you’re getting 4x the usage.
But the 20x applies only to the 5-hour usage window. The weekly limit is basically just 2x the $100 plan.
I spent way too much time digging through the internet and Reddit to figure this out. They could’ve just stated the limits directly instead of marketing it as “20x.”
That alone would’ve saved me hours of confusion.

We've raised the max request size for Messages and Token Counting on the Claude API from 32 MB to 128 MB.
Image-heavy requests like long computer-use sessions and big PDFs were previously hitting 32 MB with plenty of context window left. Now you get ~4x more room.
Now only plan we need Ultra Max plan!
We’re renaming our Max plans:
Max 5x → Max
Max 20x → Ultra
Max is still $100/month, and Ultra is still $200. If you’re a subscriber, there’s nothing you need to do.
We’re also removing the 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting today with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until they’re verified, which helps us prevent fraud and abuse. You'll get an email when it's removed.
Weekly limits remain unchanged. View our plans here: claude.com/pricing

I turned my unslopping process into a free Claude skill
It works on landing pages, dashboards and mobile apps
Go unslop your stuff: github.com/heydamir/unslop
Architects lose jobs at the quote stage. The client gets a PDF, nods, and goes with whoever felt more real.
My friend now attaches a house they can walk through. Made with Claude in 13 minutes.

Let's say you have a working product.
No audience. No marketing budget. No existing customers.
Just you, your product, and 30 days.
How do you get your first 100 users?
I'm asking because I've built products with AI, and distribution is kicking my ass.
Marketers, founders, indie hackers: What's the playbook?
I'm officially a Design Engineer at Wylo now.
First thing I did: the redesign that sat in the backlog for ages. Team of 7. There was always a feature first. Then a bug. Then another feature.
So I built it. Plus dark mode.
Left: what's live. Right: UI 2.0.
video is made using Claude ;)
Dark mode was the hard part. The app had 11,977 colour values written by hand.
I didn't fix them one by one. A script listed every colour with where it was used (text? hover? border?), proposed a design token for each, and I reviewed the mapping before a codemod applied it.
First-pass rule: light mode must not change. Every swap had to land on the exact same hex. Only dark mode was allowed to move.

Introducing Reality-Aware Rendering in @Simulon, a completely new way to create with the real world.
Place neural assets with your phone and act out the scene. When you stop recording, Simulon renders the take, reading everything in it (what you do, what you say and the place around you), and your assets respond to all of it.
The final is regenerated from your recording: a new performance of the scene, not a copy of the footage.
Available now on iPhone. Coming to Android soon.

I’ve never understood the appeal of touchscreen laptops.
Touch makes sense on a drawing tablet. Photoshop, canvases, creative work. Absolutely.
But on a laptop? You’re reaching across the keyboard to smudge your screen all day. It’s an ergonomic nightmare.
The new MacBook gets everything right. Just skip the touchscreen.
