“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” -John 15:18-19

I write this with tears. I’m an open book and I’m not hiding that I’ve been suffering really bad… worse than I ever have(genuinely not searching for sympathy I’m ok ) God is showing me his purpose in suffering and it’s painful but I trust him. The purpose is purging the last 10 years of loss and pain… he’s healing parts of me, closing doors that I had expected to be opened (what do I know!) and it hurts a ton. The thing I wanted to share may be silly to some but it’s been helping me, so I feel compelled to share it if maybe it will help anyone else. When these waves of tears and fear/depression come over me I sit alone and speak the word of God over myself. I repeat verses I’ve memorized and thank Him for not leaving me and that I can have comfort in my most uncomfortable state. For the “silly” part , here we go.. I sit in silence and close my eyes when the intrusive , heartbreaking, traumatic, or utterly terrifying memories/thoughts come into my head and I replace them with the above mentioned but I also get a picture in my head of a day with Jesus (in the flesh) I go on a day dream of maybe we’re in a forest or a field , a meadow or somewhere beautiful having a picnic and I’ll go through the menu in my head an what we talk about , then I realize I can talk to him about it alone in my room or where ever I am…. So I do… The picture in my head of “a green pasture” (if you know you know) and just sitting with him and having good food/tea I made with love for him is so comforting….If you have ptsd or any issues with scary thoughts/ fear/ pain/confusion/heartbreak I highly recommend this. If you think I’m a weirdo for it that’s ok too because I probably am, but God loves me and he will never leave me (he would also love my pancakes I’m sure) 🥰

With all the lent and Islam talk I think it’s a good day to highlight this 👇🏻 There is no way that Muslims worship the one merciful YHWH because the Bible says He has a son , the Quran says “allah” has no son .. the “allah” of the Quran is satan. FURTHERMORE, there is no worship of God unless you go THROUGH the son. (John 14:6) This is a blatantly false statement that should alarm every Roman Catholic, but it doesn’t sadly. Why is that?

There is no "Next John MacArthur." There is no "Next Voddie Baucham." There is no "Next Charlie Kirk." God has never sent us duplicates of faithful Christians. We get one of each. This is God showing us that we do not depend on men. We depend on Jesus. And we have him!

“You are going to hear a rumour one day that Voddie Bauckham is no more. Don't you believe it? Because though I die, I will rise with Christ. It will not be the end of me.” PRAISE THE LORD!!!

My mom comes to me when she wants to understand the Bible better. And I go to my mom when I want to know how to obey the Bible better. There are Christians who understand the Bible less than we do, but they obey it better than we do. So be humble about your good theology.

This man and his wife has been under attack recently from their community for prioritizing their relationship with Christ over their skin color. Regarding Charlie Kirk's assassination, people cheered his death, but they honored him as a fellow believer. They are called coons, Uncle Toms, and sellouts for not blindly hating him. Folks are so pro-Black they're anti-Christ, treating Blackness like a cult. This couple is saved by faith in Jesus, not race.

How has God shown us such tremendous mercy on this country??? When you think of all the awful things we had to endure under the Biden administration. The utter godlessness and non-stop attack on all that is right and good... To go from that, to now seeing the White House account frequently honoring God and sharing biblical truth, to seeing numerous government leaders praying and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ on the world stage... I mean, what in the world??? Our God is so kind! Give Him thanks!!! May He grant us widespread repentance and revival!

I am praying that one of the speakers specifically encourages Leftists, including Tyler Robinson and the people who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s murder to repent and believe in Christ. The gospel is for every sinner, on the Right or the Left.

One of the final videos of John MacArthur, posted days before his death. Jmac was visiting Burton Michaelson, a good friend and founding member of GCC, who passed shortly before he did.

Replying to @elonmusk
You don’t have to go there Elon. Jesus Christ is the son of God and God. He chose to die on the cross to atone for our sins. There is no one without sin and John 14:6 says Jesus is the only way to the father. Romans 10:9 says if we confess and believe we can be saved. We are given the Holy Spirit when we believe and we are led into all truth! Praying for you and your family in Jesus name.
