Today is World Menopause Day. Menopause affects 51% of the population & 77% of the NHS are women (NHS England Data). It’s important to record menopause related absence in ESR & use this data to identify where help is needed to retain key NHS staff.

The Equality & Diversity Portlet in ESR has been enhanced to remind you to review your details every 12 months. Take a look and ensure your data is accurate and up to date.

The national NHSBSA ESR team cannot help with access queries. You can unlock your ESR account from the log in page. To do this you need access to your work emails. Contact the ESR System Administrator in your organisation if you require assistance. #KnowyourESR

Did you knw that you can store your ESR password in your personal device? Your device will prompt you to save your ESR password to your personal device so that you can use your fingerprint or facial recognition to log in in future. #KnowyourESR

Although ESR is the national workforce system for the NHS, your account is managed by your employer. When you have access issues your local ESR System Administrator can help you. #KnowyourESR
