For months Micah has publicly called me a thief and a liar, and called my legal notices “fake”. Today my US attorney, Tom Dietrich of The McArthur Law Firm, sent his attorney a formal letter. With my attorney’s approval, I’m sharing it here.
The facts, as set out in the letter:
I created Giantess Playground and registered its copyright with the U.S. Copyright Office.
I have not received any share of Steam or Epic sales since the dispute began.
I never transferred the game or its copyright to him.
He keeps telling people that our contract makes him the game’s creator and owner. It doesn’t. Since he keeps citing it in public, he has left me no choice but to show what it actually says:
“Will shall be responsible for the overall development and management of the Game.”
“Micah shall assist Will in optimizing the City Destruction plugin…”
He kept the rights to his plugin. Nothing else.
Meanwhile, Giantess Metropolis is a new game, built from scratch in Unreal Engine 5.8. Its destruction system is my own design, and I’ve published a technical report on how it works.
His continued false statements have damaged my reputation. If the false statements continue, I will take legal action for defamation and copyright infringement, as my attorney’s letter states.
I am thinking reserved, conservative, a little brooding, and curious but while not malicious, increasingly apathetic/dismissive of the impact on the world beneath her, her new, colossal status inflicts on it.

Whatever happened to my hard drive has been immensely frustrating, I don't know why it started doing this.
However, mercifully, I have found a way to copy files, so far, onto my desktop, so will still have my morphs, characters and Daz3D scene
Fingers crossed.
I am hoping, it is just because I let it fill up to 98% full and compressing files will allow me access it.
I have been meaning to get a substantially larger hard drive for a while now, so if this works, that will be an investment I'll make soon
