I wonder whether the former Green Party member bought a nice little memento from her time at the Reform donor-sponsored Battle of Ideas, by visiting the openly fascist bookshop which was welcomed at the event by its organiser, @fox_claire?
At the Battle of Ideas, I spoke to a former Green Party member about whether young people are becoming less willing to debate those they disagree with. She agreed, saying that discussing contentious issues within the Green Party can be particularly difficult.

Families in Gaza are enduring extremely difficult humanitarian conditions, which grow harsher with each passing day. As winter approaches, temperatures are gradually dropping, while families are living in dilapidated, torn tents that are unable to protect their children from the bitter cold, fierce winds, and heavy rainfall. More than one million people now face the threat of flooding and freezing to death during the coming winter, which is expected to be colder and bring heavier rainfall than previous winters. Amid these catastrophic conditions, Israel continues to prevent the entry of new tents, tarpaulins, nylon sheeting, clothing, and blankets needed to protect families and their vulnerable children from the harshness of winter. Israel's use of families' suffering and their basic needs as a weapon of war means leaving thousands of children and families to face the cold, hunger, and death in the cruelest and most horrific ways. Please, do not let Gaza disappear from your sight. Families in Gaza need your voices, your assistance, and your attention now more than ever. Calls to allow the entry of the most basic humanitarian necessities must continue to save families and their children from torrential rain, bitter cold, and the risk of dying beneath torn and damaged tents. Do not leave the families in Gaza to face winter alone. They are enduring unbearable humanitarian conditions, and their children face real danger with every cold night and every rainstorm. Be a voice for those who have no voice, and do not allow winter to become another tragedy in which innocent lives are lost.

I don't think anyone said they're "primitive." Clearly, they're sophisticated and highly effective. But, as this image shows, they're barefoot and often in sandals. No hate there. It just makes the point that they've been far more effective than forces decked out in combat boots and the latest wearable military gear.
The image of the Houthis as a primitive militia fighting barefoot is misleading and increasingly outdated. This cave-based command post features a satellite-connected laptop, tablet, secured landline telephone, two-way radios, printer, and solar-powered electrical systems. Notice the communications reference card hanging around his neck, it contains radio call signs, unit identifiers, and command codes used for coordination and mobilization. This is an organized military communications infrastructure, not simply men with rifles and sandals. This is the result of 22 years of fighting an insurgency, adapting, and learning on the battlefield, combined with lessons drawn from Lebanese Hezbollah, Iraq’s Islamic Resistance, and Iran’s IRGC Quds Force.

🚨Israel’s election is a contest between two Zionist camps: Netanyahu and the so-called “change bloc.” Their differences are not over killing Palestinians, apartheid, or regional domination, but over strategy, leadership, and who can best preserve Israel’s system of oppression.

Benjamin Netanyahu - The butcher of Gaza and South Lebanon. Gadi Eisenkot - The architect of the wretched “Dahiya Doctrine’ Yair Golan - “Of course Israel doesn’t kill babies for a hobby. Israel has not committed war crimes in Gaza” (2025) Naftali Bennett - “I already killed lots of Arabs in my life" (2013) And you think ONLY NETANYAHU IS BAD?? STOP BEING SUCH SHEEP.
Honestly tired of the “I hope Bibi loses” crowd. It changes nothing. They really think the problem is one man. It doesn’t matter who wins. They still kill, raid, bulldoze homes and bomb. Some of us have watched this for years, not just since October 7.

Israeli elections are just there to decide who gets to blackmail the US president into fighting Israel's next illegal war. That's literally the job role.

“You tell me to go home. Where’s my house? Have you left any house, or any country?” A Palestinian woman shouts at Israeli occupation soldiers blocking the way into the Jaldeh neighbourhood of Hebron, which the occupation army has kept under siege for a fifth straight day. The occupatuon soldiers order residents to go home while barring them from reaching those very homes, then push the crowd twenty metres back. The siege is part of a sweeping military operation the occupation army launched across Al-Khalil (Hebron) after two Palestinians killed two Israeli occupying soldier terrorists at a nearby checkpoint on occupied Palestinian territory. Since then, more than 3,000 Palestinians have been displaced from the city, and occupation forces have ordered families in the Ein Dir Bahha neighbourhood out of their homes before extending raids to Jaldeh and other southern districts. Hebron’s governor says occupation soldiers have arrested more than 70 people, stormed over 500 homes, and sealed the governorate with 128 gates and 120 checkpoints. It was at this same blockade that soldiers kicked and beat Hijazi Shawar al-Tamimi, a 70-year-old mukhtar, as he tried to reach his house to fetch his medication. @palpostn

She also looks very creepy - a bit like Mrs Netanyahu. Perhaps when you choose to dance with the devil it's reflected in your face. Tony Blair springs to mind...
This "young Israeli woman" is actually an illegal settler from Texas who has no right to be in the middle east.

Don't fall for the theater they are putting on with the elections in Israel. They will try to pin all the blame on Netanyahu, but the truth is that the entire nation is involved in this genocide.

If Netanyahu falls, it only means swapping one demon for another. The faces change but Israel’s occupation and slaughter of Palestinians never ends. No matter who holds power in Tel Aviv, the innocent children of Palestine are the ones bombed, starved, maimed, and buried. How many more Palestinian lives must be destroyed before the world stops arming and shielding Israel’s crimes?
