I will wait until I see him on the field before I trust Rap hahah
Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet is expected to make his debut in Week 8, per @RapSheet
(for real this time)
NFC West continues its reign as the best division in football ‼️
Trade: Colts are sending three-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner back to the 49ers, the team that made him a 2016 first-round pick before dealing him to Indianapolis in 2020, per me and @rapsheet. Now Buckner returns to San Francisco, fortifying the 49ers defensive line.

After acquiring All-Pro guard Quenton Nelson, the Seahawks waived guard Christian Haynes to make room on their 53-man roster.
The funniest thing about trade deadline season is the ripple effect 😂
Niners, Rams, Bears, Vikings and anyone else in the NFC will now scramble to make an acquisition comparable to this one, and will unfortunately fail.

By acquiring left guard Quenton Nelson, the Seahawks now have the flexibility to move Gray Zabel to the right side of the offensive line, where he played in college.
John Schneider pulled the trigger on probably the biggest deal of the deadline.
Huge addition for what I think is an obvious steal. Nelson is one of the best graded OL in the league. ‼️
🚨 BREAKING: The Seahawks are acquiring All-Pro LG Quenton Nelson from the Colts, per @AdamSchefter.
Seattle just added an eight-time Pro Bowler and one of football’s best guards at a big position of need.
John Schneider is going all-in.
Grade the move: A–F?
53.9% of Seattle’s receiving yards belong to JSN—the 2nd-highest share through seven games in 75 years.
Best WR in football, or proof the Seahawks don’t have a reliable No. 2?

The Seahawks held the Chiefs to their fewest points (3, tied), total yards (213), first downs (11), and red zone drives (0) in any game started by Patrick Mahomes.
Patrick Mahomes' 2026 season, passing yards:
Wk 1 vs DEN: 184 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT
Wk 2 vs IND: 382 yards, 3 TD

Wk 4 @ LV: 225 yards, 2 TD
Wk 6 vs LAC: 272 yards, 1 INT
Wk 7 @ SEA: 165 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT 😈
Lowest of the season. Dominant.
That was a really good win.
This team is too talented to continue its losing habits. Happy with the win, but there is work to do to get back in the race.
Good news is, like I have been saying… the NFC is wide open 😈
Kenneth Walker III's 2026 season, rushing yards:
Wk 1 vs DEN: 173
Wk 2 vs IND: 117
Wk 3 @ MIA: 70
Wk 4 @ LV: 177
Wk 6 vs LAC: 128
Wk 7 vs SEA: 36 😈
665 yards through 5 games, then he hit the Seahawks defense.
Still no 100-yard rusher in 36 straight games 🔒
Chiefs at halftime:
0 points
96 total yards
5 first downs
0/4 on third down
1 turnover
Mahomes: 8/15, 68 yards, 1 INT 😈
The defense is COOKING 🔥
