This is remarkable footage from Barcelon, summer 1936. One minute journey through the revolutionary city. The lack of women on the streets is shocking. Perhaps due to time filmed they were at home cooking but I don't know. I expected more weapons but as the weeks passed by, more at the front. Via the Hearst Metronome collection.
