We're leading Granit's $6M seed round. Healthcare professionals train for years, only to spend a growing share of their time on admin. More than eight in ten European clinicians say admin work cuts into the time they can give patients. Granit want to give healthcare workers that time back. Their AI agents work inside the software healthcare teams already use, taking on routine, administrative work staff currently do by hand. Eight months after it was founded, Granit already works with more than 250 healthcare organisations across France. We're proud to back Jenny and Cornielle as they build the AI back office for European healthcare.

One prompt injection model can't protect every AI agent. A SQL query is an attack on a support chatbot and a normal request to a coding agent. Today we're launching Arcjet's custom AI security models, each trained for the environment its agent works in. launch.arcjet.com/Q4Ew6I4

Today @Revolut hits $115bn in valuation. This cements its status as Europe’s highest valued private tech company, and shows that companies of this size can - and will - be built in Europe. We’re proud to have backed Revolut from the beginning. At our 2015 Demo Day, @NStoronsky and Vlady described Revolut as “the personal money cloud, a great alternative to banks.” Their quote in the booklet was three words: “We wanna rock!” Eleven years and over 80 million customers later, it’s fair to say they did. Congratulations to the whole Revolut team. On to 100 million.

Anduril is an “all in” type of company. Submarines are one of the most complex systems humans build. Anduril is committing $3.7 billion to help America build more of them. I’m even more proud now that Anduril is a Flow customer. The money is going into Arsenal-2, a new shipyard at Sparrows Point in Maryland. It’ll build components and large assemblies for Virginia-class submarines. The Navy has signed a contract worth up to $2.9B, paid out as Anduril actually produces. Arsenal-2 isn’t expected to open until 2030, but Anduril isn’t waiting. They’re setting up a facility in Orange County, California, to work out their manufacturing methods and train the first team now. The process will have been tested long before the shipyard exists. The machine that builds the machine is 100x harder, as Elon says. Getting the process right is most of the work. A part for a submarine has to meet its requirements, fit into a boat being assembled at Electric Boat or Newport News, pass inspection, and show up on time. Anduril is the opposite to the cost plus model. They’re putting their own money to make this work, ahead of schedule. This is the new era for engineering.

Every company wants AI to take on more of its work. The hard part is figuring out what that work actually is. Today we’re co-leading a $3.75M pre-seed round in @marblecognition alongside HeartCore Capital. In almost every company Marble works with, ~90% of core processes have never been written down. They live in inboxes, spreadsheets and people’s heads. Marble watches how teams really work, maps each process so AI can read it, then deploys AI Coworkers to take the repetitive work over, with humans in the loop for when judgment really matters. The results so far are incredible: at a PE-owned US financial services firm, a Marble Coworker cut handling time per case by 90%. The team handled 50% more cases in month one, with no new hires. Congrats to Felix and the team! We're proud to back you from day one.

Revolut co-founder and CEO Nik Storonsky on building a full-stack AI employee with today’s technology: “I think we’re just in the beginning. We automated customer support, so 90% of all customer support team is automated now. Before, it used to be 5,000 people plus. Now it’s much less.” “Obviously, engineering is automated as well. We increased speed of engineers by 30%. Translation, cross-selling as well, done by LLMs now. A lot of things.” “I think the ultimate goal, or at least a bet for us now, is to be able to build a full-stack AI employee. I think it’s completely doable with current technology.” “It’s not like a chat tool or another interface where you tell what to do and then it produces something.” “No, it’s more like an AI employee which can join calls with you, which has email, which has a Slack account, which has access to all internal back-office systems and can do work.” “I think that’s kind of the ultimate goal that, sooner or later, the majority of companies will come to.” FT: @davidsenra @NStoronsky

We're backing Vessla as they emerge from stealth with a $3.3M pre-seed, alongside @inceptionfundvc, @tinyvc, and operators from @Lovable and @OpenAI. A single property maintenance request can involve an email, a property record, a contract and an invoice, each handled by a different tool. Today, stakeholders manually copy information across, constantly switching between systems. It’s incredibly inefficient, and it’s very easy to get things wrong. Vessla’s AI platform automates these workflows across the systems property owners and managers already use. The team has built and deployed AI at @NASA, @McKinsey, @WeAreLegora and @Stanford. Founded this year, Vessla already works with some of the Nordics’ largest property owners and operators. Proud to back them from day one ❤️🌱
