Having been a teacher myself, I can't even begin to comprehend the pain and trauma this woman must be going through. As teachers we carry an unspoken sense of responsibility towards the students in our classrooms. It's almost instinctive to want to protect them. But how is anyone supposed to fight an absolute demon wielding a chainsaw? And if she's this traumatised, I can't even imagine the psychological toll this incident must have taken on the other girls who actually witnessed it. I hope they get all the support and care they need.

The courts need to set an example by executing that monster. But who are we kidding? Even Nirbhaya’s culprit is walking free because this proxy of a state protects its rot until the very end. And it will continue to do so until the entire society rots.

You have to be mentally sick as an 8 year old to contain that much anger and hatred against anyone and to have the courage to commit that level of crime can't be taught in a day or two. I'm not sure what the whole Panchkula story is but this country is absolutely doomed if that kid is not punished severely for his actions. Can't even imagine what that young girl had to go through.
