On October 31st and November 1st 1948 IOF soldiers rounded up 90 men and boys and took them to a house in the village of Houla in southern Lebanon and shot them. Then house was then collapsed on them and they were only identified months later by their clothing.
In November 2024 the IOF entered Houla again and desecrated the memorial, daubing it with the words βthe only good Shia is a dead Shiaβ. Now the village is inside the so-called βyellow zoneβ and has largely been destroyed.
This is what a genocide looks like.
