South Africans standing in queues in the dark, persevering until they get it done, are champions of democracy tonight. Respect.

In reverse, if you can be vulnerable enough to admit that life is hard, you'll have the courage to take responsibility for your life and take action, which in turn creates meaning and meaning, hope. And the hope'll give you the fuel to do it all over again.

Hope is birthed from meaning. Crafting a meaningful life requires taking action, action requires taking responsibility, responsibility requires courage, and courage vulnerability. And vulnerability requires admitting that life is hard and death inevitable.

Trying to get your baggage back from @united is like trying to pull horse teeth. When you fly business and they can SEE you have another international flight in less than a week & your bags haven’t moved in 4 days (thanks @Apple AirTags!) - shocking (No offense meant to horses)

You delayed me by over 13 hours on a flight from BOS to EWR, causing me to miss my flight, then you cancelled my replacement trip. Then you cancelled the next one. And now my bags are stuck in Chicago. Really @united? That’s how you treat loyal customers?

It’s been 5 days without my luggage from my intercontinental @lufthansa flight, and despite being a Senator and being brand loyal, they still have not found or sent my luggage. In wintery Europe with no clothes or medication. Not what I expect from an airline 🤦🏻‍♀️
