The first bill being heard in #SenAgriculture this morning is SB2747, presented by @SenEdlyAllen. The measure seeks to allow changes to how @IllinoisDNR determines which plants are exotic weeds and then handle the plant as it deems necessary. After a brief Q&A, the bill passes.
