Two years ago, I was saying “do you have any questions?”. Last year I switched to “what questions do you have?” It made a difference. Today I tried “ask me two questions”. And they did! And those ?s led to more ?s. It amazes me that the littlest things have such a big impact!

Today I end a 4 year chapter at @CharterAcademy. Saying goodbye to the students and my wonderful colleagues is not easy. I appreciate the laughs and all the support you’ve given me over the years. I couldn’t have gotten here without the help of each and every one of you. 💜
Now it’s time to move on and look ahead to the next step in my career. In September I’ll start as Head of Modern Foreign Languages at @BohuntSchool. Looking forward to this new chapter!
