Rant: I’m seriously considering opting out of Halloween next year. Not a single kid actually walked my street. Instead, it was just a steady stream of parents pulling up, dropping kids off right at the driveway, and picking them up. A few kids were just in pajamas, and almost no one actually said "trick or treat"they just held out their bags. I saw a bit of this last year, but this year was next level. Literally EVERY SINGLE KID was in a car. And as ridiculous as this sounds, they wouldn't even walk one house down. They would get back into the car just to have their parents drive them two houses down to the next stop. Is traditional neighborhood trick-or-treating officially dead?

I'm home, I'll be taking Plavix for my heart. I had some elevated levels we're monitoring. But, I'm okay. Thank you, cultist and moots!

I got stressed out and my heart did a silly. I'm at the ER in a room, they took me in immediately. It will be okay.

So, remember how I thought I was a cybersecurity genius this weekend because I ran a couple of malware scans? Turns out, I wasn't playing chess; I was playing checkers with an Indonesian hacker who already had VIP backstage passes to my entire digital life. :) I discovered a brand-new Indonesian admin profile running a secret shell. My Microsoft account is locked away forever. If anyone needs me, I'll be staring out a window, processing my new life as a tech-free monk as I redo my entire setup from the ground up. Everything was saved to my MSN cloud. EVERYTHING. So, how is your Monday going?
