It's literally a signed contract that Jen herself sent. So she at least had possession of it. There are signatures on it too, that I removed for anti-doxxing reasons. Ask suzy stiletto for the payment information, she dealt with it. She is listed in the contract and handled the payments.
I removed the signatures and real names so they don't get doxxed online. There is no date on the contract, true, but there is a reference to the date in the line "The No Bull Agreement applies for the June 17th 2023 Event Only."
It was sent in several payments, although the first payment was $10,000. There were cost overruns so I sent several more payments after that to cover the mounting costs of the event. Suzy Stiletto handled the finances, so you are welcome to verify with if you like.
