“Thank you” will never be enough. 💙❤️
After a legendary 14-year playing career spent entirely with the club that selected him first overall in the 2013 MLS SuperDraft, defender Andrew Farrell has announced that he will officially retire from professional soccer at the conclusion of the 2026 season. The current longest-tenured athlete in Boston pro sports, Farrell will retire as the Revs' all-time leader in MLS seasons, minutes, appearances, and starts. 💪

Ryan Richter on the loss to New England Revolution, which snapped their 15 match unbeaten streak:
"Not our best tonight, and I don't think it was a lack of effort or intensity, but we just weren't at our sharpest.
And in the end, I love that the guys continue to push and keep pushing and try to get something out of the game, even though we weren't at our best.
But in the end, I think it was a fair result.
We have to take this one on the chin and get back at the next game with a huge one in Nashville that we can turn around in a good way and recover from this one.
Overall, not our best performance, but still the right attitude to push to the end.
We have to take this one on the chin and bounce back from it."

Cavan Sullivan is OUT for tomorrow’s match against New England.
He sustained a knock during the Charlotte match, which has since developed into an ankle injury that will keep him out of tomorrow’s match.

“He’s an incredible human being."

Matt Polster — a “professional’s professional” — had the game-winning goal against the Chicago Fire.
But not before some lunchtime banter.
