Hello, old me… We did the impossible. We changed the way we eat, the way we think, and the way we handle our emotions. We aligned our mind, body, and spirit. I don’t look back and hate the old me..I thank him. Every mistake, every loss, every uncomfortable moment taught me something I needed to know. Experience is the best teacher, but growth is proof that you learned the lesson. I’m proud of us. We didn’t just survive..we transformed. And to whoever is reading this: don’t give up on the person you’re becoming. One day, you’ll look back at the old you and say, “We really did the impossible.”
