When I shared one of the videos of a maimed Sam Mugumya here at the end of July. I received calls threatening me and demanding I delete it and tell them who have it to me. I wondered how a normal person can be more bothered about sharing a video than f a maimed Ugandan than the maiming itself! I wondered how sick they can be that instead of releasing the person they have maimed and debilitated, they have the audacity to demand that we delete the videos or give them the source!! I think now it is clear to them that they won’t silence Ugandans anymore. After 7pm tonight, my partner @kizzabesigye1 was bundled up and taken back to Luzira Prison.
When I left KB at 4.30pm, he still could not walk or talk. At lunch, I fed him soft food with a spoon because his arms and hands remain very weak.
He cannot yet care for himself.

When they came for @kizzabesigye1 tonight, he was about to have his dinner. They did not even allow him to eat it.
His family has been helping to feed and care for him at Mulago because he remains weak and dependent on assistance.
