Where patients receive cancer care matters. In our new @JSurgResearch study of 47,783 stage III/IV melanoma pts, care at high-volume immunotherapy hospitals was associated with greater immunotherapy use, higher survival (adjusted HR 0.83), and fewer observed racial disparities.
