Your caption is demonstrably unsupported by the very video you posted. Nowhere in that video does Sneako state that he slept with a transgender individual. Yet you present that claim as an established fact.
Repeatedly publishing false and misleading statements, particularly after receiving notice of their falsity, may expose publishers to legal liability. It may also violate X’s policies, potentially resulting in reduced visibility, restricted reach, account suspension, or other enforcement action.
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from accountability. With a platform of your size comes a responsibility to report accurately rather than manufacture sensational headlines at the expense of someone’s reputation.
