People say Flutter Web isn't ready for serious apps.
So I built a real-time crypto options trading platform with it. WASM compiled, WebSocket-driven — live tickers, strategy builder, payoff charts, all in the browser running buttery smooth!
Judge for yourself. @Tacticxtrade
Wow, this is much needed. I have been so annoyed with apps asking to turn off developer options or USB debugging.
Almost all UPI apps have been forcing me to turn them off.
Thanks for sharing this.
Hello developers 👋
If USB Debugging keeps breaking your banking & UPI apps, try this 👇
Essentials' "Shut-Up!" feature hides Developer Options, USB & Wireless Debugging only while those apps are open 🤫
Close the app & it all turns back on automatically 🔥
Using it with Aadhaar, YONO SBI, iMobile, Axis & more ✅

Is it me, or has anyone else noticed that most of the replies to tweets feel like they were written using AI?
Hey @atomberg_tech @arindam___paul, are there any plans to introduce ice cream makers? I have been looking at the Ninja Creami and was planning to buy one, but I wanted to know if you guys are also planning to introduce something similar. Are there any plans for it?
Amazing find! Take your time and watch this video 🤯

I have been working with @ServerpodDev on my new project, and the available packages and tools have made backend development so much easier. There is still much more to explore and learn.
Plus its dart all the way 😍
Great work, team!
I am not sure about this; I had one project where I had to rewrite the architecture of an ERP app. What I did was ask agents to first write the unit and integration tests (which I reviewed) for the current code, and then migrate the older code through a major refactor. It did so, and while doing that, it caught some regressions and fixed them, which otherwise would have been missed.
ok it's official... AI-written unit tests and integration tests are empirically proven to be unhelpful. you should tell your agents to stop writing tests by themselves
on the deepswe eval set, banning sonnet 5.5 high from writing any tests actually resulted in slightly higher success rate (non stat-sig), with less time and token spent (stat-sig). this is pretty hard empirical evidence
across the tests that were written by the "tests allowed" baseline arm, 65% of them were unit tests, 35% were integration tests, neither bucket resulted in any improvement compared to not writing any tests at all
i also picked a random sample of 44 tasks subset where i completely disabled executing even existing tests - it also did not affect success rate at all
i spot checked many tests written in the baseline arm, and my intuition is that most tests are simply a repetition of the implementation
agent-written tests do not add any value because both the implementation and the tests were simply the agent's interpretation of our intent. the tests aren't any more accurate than the implementation itself
i suspect we can still extract some value from unit tests and integration tests if we describe them ourselves when we believe we can articulate our intent better through test cases than through requirements. but i have not proven this yet
also worth noting, during deepswe eval the agent wrote almost no e2e tests (only 17, compared to 3000+ unit/integration tests written). so this analysis does not prove nor disprove the value of e2e tests - i will do another eval specifically for that

We'll be spending a lot more time trying to understand the outputs of language models. A few thoughts, tips & tricks:
Writing. Something I've had success with: Ask your LLM to explain something in ASD-STE100, it's a controlled language specification originally developed for aerospace maintenance documentation. LLMs well-versed in this language and it comes with heavy constraints on clean writing style that I often find a lot more readable. Sometimes I've tried to soften it a bit e.g. ask for "80% of the way to ASD-STE100" because the spec is quite stringent. But even better:
Diagrams / images. Instead of writing, ask your LLM to create a diagram. These can be a lot easier to process, parse, and understand. But even better:
Web pages. Ask for output "in HTML" to get a beautiful, interactive webpage. LLMs are getting really good at frontend and can create beautiful experiences, animations, etc. But even better:
Explainer videos. The output format I am most bullish on is fully custom / bespoke explainer videos generated on any arbitrary topic. Experiment with things like "Create a 3b1b style video explainer on X. Use my ElevenLabs API key for audio narration". (you'd need an API key for the latter or you can ask your LLM to find you decent free alternatives that use your local compute). This is actually starting to work!
In summary:
- As LLMs get better, they will do more and more of the legwork autonomously, and a lot more of our work will rise up the abstractions into oversight and understanding.
- Luckily, LLMs can help here too because as intelligence and code are increasingly abundant, you can ask for large, custom, discardable software artifacts (e.g. web apps, video explainers) that would have never made sense to create before. Push the boundaries here and you'll be surprised.
Hey @matiks_play any chance you could restore the streak one time? Lost my 155+ streaks due to some emergency and 20 mins late 😭😭 now i have purchased the freeze but still 😒
still see colleges using that old style of teaching with blue screen C++, writing code in a notebook then executing it in a basic code editor, learning some SQL and basic AI here and there by the 4th year and yaay here u go u are graduate!
Then come to job market and get f'ed up.
We hired a CS grad last month who genuinely thought writing clean algorithms from scratch was what got you promoted.
He spent 3 days writing a custom parser. I showed him how to do it in 20 seconds with claude, wrapped in an API, and told him to go hit the gym
He looked like his childhood was ruined.
Computer science degrees are officially liberal arts degrees now. Modern tech is just plumbing.

To all the developers out there,
How has developing and coding evolved since the advent of AI? Are there any excellent resources or articles that can optimize the entire development process, not just for agents, but for overall AI-assisted development, agent harnessing, and so on?
Power on the go. 🔋⚡️
Can't wait to get my hands on this big boy!
I had the Samsung 10k mAh PowerBank, only to be disappointed with it.
Every night before going to sleep , I come to X to get stressed about how fast things are moving with AI and how the future looks uncertain.
Definitely not a healthy thing to do.🥲
Wow! This was incredibly stressful!
This is brilliant. opusfived.dev
