I received the attached pic in one of my WA groups, which reminds me of a true incident that came to my notice when I was working as a surgical resident at Patna Medical College.
During a night duty, a patient was brought to the casualty from a nursing home, with his head wrapped in bandages, much like in Pic 4. According to the attendant, the patient had sustained a head injury a few days earlier, and the nursing home had advised surgery after a CT scan.
When I asked the attendant about the CT scan, he replied that the hospital had told him that the final report would take some time and that the films would be handed over to him only afterwards.
On examination, the patient was fully conscious, and all his vital parameters were normal. When I removed the bandages, to my utter surprise, there was not a single wound on his scalp!
The patient was discharged the very next day. We had admitted him solely to complete the medico-legal formalities.
The company still exists on paper but is under liquidation. Hope @ncbn go through the attached documents and decide to keep the originals in the museum !

more than 4 decades back, I had booked a Vespa PL 170 scooter from my scholarship money in Rs 500, a venture of Andhra Pradesh Scooters Ltd of Andhra Govt @AndhraPradeshCM ! Neither got the scooter nor the refund even after repeated reminders @toi . Not sure about the fate of this public sector company ! Here are my original payment receipt, allotement letter and allotement no @aajtak !

I purchased my Honda Elevate just two months ago. I was neither aware of the upcoming new model nor informed about it by the dealer. Had I known, I would either have waited for the new model or negotiated a better discount on the existing one.
That said, I have no complaints about the car itself. However, my experience with the dealer has been very disappointing.
I regret to say that the after-sales service of @Honda car is very poor. I am sharing this purely as my personal experience!

Two public toilets ,1 on road leading to metro line frm nr smsung in sec 80 & 2nd on sec 116 rd leading to fng road r non functional. Why make it if not meant for public use? On one hand Noida is the face of UP and then we can't claim zero open defecation ?

I have been fighting a case of medical negligence for the past sixteen years on every possible front. The case concerns the tragic death of my younger brother, SHAMBHU at @HospitalsApollo (Gleneagles, Kolkata) due to gross negligence. The main accused is currently out on bail.
My case has been pending before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for the last 14 years and in criminal court since last 16 years. The trial is yet to start. In the NCDRC, the opposite parties repeatedly raised the issue of maintainability in the NCDRC. Their primary contention was that my brother’s spouse was neither the petitioner nor a signatory to the complaint (for reasons best known to her), and therefore, according to them, the case was not maintainable.
Finally, the Supreme Court of India delivered a landmark order last week. This judgment is likely to provide significant support to many victims of medical negligence.
Shambhu was born on the occasion of HOLI, hence I was feeling depressed and felt like posting a piece of truth related to his painful demise.

Sorry to say that attention should have been focussed on improving the academics and generating employment for the youth rather than wasting public money on the new construction and spoiling the beauty of the raj campus!
