was covering a ward due to short staffing, saw an tACP working there on MEDICAL rota for close to an year asked me "can u do my prescribing". They haven't passed their prescriber module yet. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL. @TheBMA @BMA_James_Steen @anaesthetic_spr @DrAsifQasim @DrHuw
How can I legally prescribe medications for a patient I haven't even seen @gmcuk who is liable if a patient is harmed? if its me, then whats the point of them seeing a patient, being on MEDICAL rota, having a paid job.@MedRegoncall1 @TheBMA
