I feel like its a cultural disconnect there between people who are in fully spanish speaking countries and spanish speakers who are born in America as like a 4th or 5th gen immigrant who mostly learned how to speak it from family. Which is why they talk this way
They will say a normal sentence in english and then an expression in spanish, which is what Jackie does in this scene.
