This will cover them legally and keep them compliant. If you're worried about the anti-gun crowd getting into power then I wouldn't worry too much. Because of this and the GOA supreme court ruling, there will be millions of unregistered SBRs on the market, as soon as they try to enforce it again it will go back up to the Supreme Court again and they will lose using the GOA as the example and set precedent to permanently remove SBRs, SBSs, and suppressors from the NFA.
