GAUTENG IS LOSING 1.5 BILLION LITRES OF WATER A DAY
Gautengโs water problems arenโt simply because the province has run out of water.
A new investigation by the South African Human Rights Commission says there is currently enough water available to meet demand, but major failures in the system are preventing reliable supply from reaching communities.
The problems include ageing infrastructure, leaks, poor maintenance, inadequate storage and pumping capacity, electricity interruptions and shortages of technical skills.
The commission found that around 1.5 billion litres of water are being lost every day through leaks.
It has now called on municipalities and water service providers to focus on repairing failing infrastructure and strengthening the systems used to store and distribute water.
So, if there is enough water available, why are so many taps still running dry?

A man (67) and his wife (58) were stabbed, burned with boiling water and severely beaten during a farm attack in Broederstroom on Sunday night.
Les and Natasha Brett were overpowered in their home on a game farm around 19:00 by three armed men, tied up and tortured for approximately three hours.
Every time I post about my opinion about Zelenskyy I get so much hate.
But I donโt care.
Zelenskyy is a cynical piece of shit.
This image should be the Time Magazine cover of the year.
A 14-year-old Ukrainian boy, wrapped in a blanket, being brought out of a private house near Kyiv that the Azov Corps of the National Guard has now confirmed belonged to them.
The house was being used to hold mobilized soldiers who had gone AWOL.
Head of Zelenskyโs office Kyrylo Budanov showed up, spoke to the boy, and walked him out while a crowd gathered outside.
Ukrainian outlets reported injuries on some of the men held there. Azov called it a โmilitary compoundโ and said those responsible for illegal violence would face punishment.
This is what the Zelensky government has become. Azov, with its documented fascist roots, is integrated into the National Guard.
They continue a war that has already cost Ukraine a generation of men, while running informal holding sites for their own people who refuse to serve as cannon fodder.
The Democrat/Deep State/EU narrative still treats Zelensky as a defender of democracy and Azov as reformed heroes.
This photo is the reality. An investigation that only started because the public forced the issue. This is who they are. This is what the war is being used to protect.

One of the clearest signs of intelligence is keeping your life private. Friendly with everyone. Details reserved for a very small circle. Smile, nod, and let people know only what they need to know. Oversharing hands out information nobody earned. Stop narrating your life to people who'd use the chapters against you

An elderly couple were stripped naked, beaten and burned with boiling water as three armed attackers tortured them for safe keys at their Broederstroom game farm on Sunday evening, November 1.
The couple endured hours of torture while the men demanded access to their safe.
When Les, the husband, refused to surrender the keys, the attackers began cutting Natashaโs nipples with bolt cutters and repeatedly threatened to rape her.

My friends and I were talking about the upcoming elections over the weekend.
And how incredibly important they are.
We did a bit of Googling and found out that South Africa has lost an estimated R2.1 trillion to corruption and mismanagement since the ANC has been in power.
That's R8 million every hour.
Every. Single. Hour.
Imagine the schools, hospitals, jobs and infrastructure we could have had.
I wrote this and published it on my Facebook. My editor believed that it deserves to be in an article too. It's a long read. And it's incredibly sobering. But also... hopeful.
I received a comment on the original post from a follower who was not going to vote because they believed their vote didn't matter. After reading this, they have decided that there is no choice but to vote.
Who knows, maybe reading this will inspire you too... or sharing it, may inspire others.

We are now watching wokes attempt by to explain to us why AGOA is overrated, in short form as usual - to align with their attention span.
Same wokes who canโt define what an economy is, canโt even explain the basic process of an automotive assembly plant, and canโt even talk to commercial farmers because they believe them to be crybabies who whinge about farm murders.
