Who holds the OMEN treasury? Not the founder. The holders. The DAO treasury sits in a Squads multisig on Solana with five signers. The five seats belong to the largest households in the collection, counting Solana lots and Bitcoin ordinals together. To move anything, three of the five must sign. One person alone cannot spend a single token. And the founder holds no seat. That was a choice, made on purpose: a pure holder DAO. The rules of the multisig are locked down too. There is no outside authority that can quietly change who the signers are. Changing the council takes a proposal that three of the five approve. What flows in? When someone mints a piece today, the price goes to a DAO vault, not to a personal wallet. The treasury is split into vaults under the same multisig, so funds for different jobs are kept apart and easy to see. Everything about it can be checked on chain: the members, the threshold, the vaults, every transfer. A collection is only as strong as the people who look after it. In OMEN, those people are the holders who built the biggest estates. omenati.com/field/treasury

There is a safe inside every OMEN. Any piece can open a vault, and the vault belongs to the piece. Not to a wallet, not to us. To the piece. Wherever the piece goes, the vault goes with it. Fill it with $OMEN, SOL and 29 other tokens. 31 in all. It lives in an on-chain program. We never hold your keys, and nothing about the vault depends on trusting a person. How it works: Open the Field, connect, and pick one of your pieces. Choose a token and an amount. That first deposit creates the vault. The cost is simple. 10% of that first deposit, taken once, in the same token. Every top-up after that is free, as often as you like. Can you take it back out? Yes. $OMEN can be withdrawn at any time, and the piece stays yours. What happens if you sell the piece? The vault is bonded to it, so the new holder gets the piece and everything inside. That changes how a piece is valued: you are not only looking at a face, you are looking at what it carries. And a vault is not just storage. It can stake and earn every week. It can be handed to an agent that trades inside it while you sleep. Each vault does one or the other, and you choose which. Art you can look at. Land you can see on the map. And now a safe in every plot. omenati.com/utility
