You know what the worst part is? It is very hard to misinterpret this book, bc the narrator tells you loud and clear "I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG, I am a MONSTER, I am HURTING this girl and BENEFITTING from it", and people still chose to go "hmm, love story"

Even Al Gore doesn’t think Ralph Nader was a spoiler, he realizes he ran a poor campaign. Setting aside that Gore would have won Florida if the recount had been completed, he could have won any other state and won, and he lost several winnable states, including his home state.
