Hey Simmers,
We believe we have discovered the cause of tokens disappearing as part of the limited-release Build Mode Refresh.
We will be releasing a new update to address these issues on Monday, August 31. Please ensure you update the app as soon as the update becomes available.

Bella awakens in a beautiful seaside home that feels strangely familiar. The ocean sparkles beyond the windows, and every room seems to hold a memory she can't quite place. 🌊📖
Race through SimChase: Seaside Stay to unlock a stunning coastal vacation home complete with breezy hammocks, a lush greenhouse, elegant bay windows, and sun-filled spaces designed for the perfect summer escape. ✨🏡

Hey Simmers,
It looks like Laura Craft has hit a snag in her travel plans and won’t be around during Craft Challenge: A Quaint Kitchen.
As a result, her limited-time Craft Challenge offers will be temporarily unavailable from June 1–13.
Thanks for your patience, and we'll see Laura again soon! 💚
Hey Simmers 💖 Thank you for letting us know about the issue with the Mall, we're looking into it 🔍🎳 please reach out if you encounter any other bugs 🪲
